Berks Homes is a family-owned builder that was founded in 1973 in eastern PA. By 1979, we began helping more than 100 customers each year, working to make their dreams of home ownership become a reality. Since then, our continued success and stellar reputation have allowed for expansion into land development, real estate, and title companies. Today, we proudly build in more than 20 communities spanning from the State College area to Eastern Pennsylvania.

WHAT SETS US APART FROM THE REST?
In 2003, we created a 5,000 square foot Selection Gallery to improve the home building experience for our customers. Our Gallery allows homebuyers to enjoy the hands-on experience of personalizing colors, choosing different amenities, and exploring options for their new home both inside and out. With this, homebuyers are able to create their ideal homes.
