How To Use This Website

We have designed this website and its accompanying maps to make it easy to locate the homes of greatest interest to you. There are separate sections for single family homes and townhomes, as well as color-coding to distinguish the homes in various price ranges.

The information provided about each home includes an exterior photograph, floor plans, an amenities list, and easy-to-follow directions. In addition, each Parade home has been assigned a two-digit code (such as 25) which corresponds to its placement on the map. Simply select a section of map to zoom in and then select the color-coded home you wish to see.

For 2017, we’ve added special icons indicating homes that feature new design and building trends.
These icons designate...

  • First Floor Living

  • Exceptional Outdoor Living

  • Neighborhood Amenities

  • Easy Living Community

  • Smart Features

Look for these icons on the individual home templates.

Tour The Homes

The 2017 Parade of Homes features 28 new homes which are open to visitors from Saturday, June 17, through Sunday, June 25. Tour hours are 12:00-6:00 pm on weekends, and 5:00-8:00pm on weekdays. Since Parade traffic is higher on weekends, you may wish to visit some of the homes during the week.

The homes featured in the Parade of Homes are built as private residences rather than public buildings. For this reason, the homes may not be handicapped accessible. If you should need to confirm handicapped accessibility, please contact the individual builder.

Socks or stockings are required, as visitors may be asked to remove their shoes in some of the homes; additionally, some builders may require the use of shoe coverings, which are provided. All children must be closely supervised.

All Parade homes are judged in six categories and the awards are on display in each winning home.

The price for each home in the Parade of Homes has been calculated based on the current prices for the component building materials. However, the market for the building materials is considered to be volatile, and sudden price increases could occur. The Builder agrees to use his best efforts to obtain the lowest possible prices from available building material suppliers, but should there be an increase in the prices of materials that are purchased to duplicate this residential construction project, the listed price would be affected.
